I am writing with a request: allow FREE access to reviews for all staff that the world can read about personal impressions formed and can stay away from those that are not suitable for such services and who is also executive positions. From my 4 years working at Vancouver Hillel under the direct management of Eyal Lichtmann, I can say with great confidence that I owe the vast majority of my professional formation to him. Thanks to all the skills, insights, teachings, his believe and personal investment in me since day one, but most importantly, his leadership, I say with much certainty that I am who I am today professionally in great part because of Eyal's example. The levels of professionalism, leadership, and full dedication that Eyal puts in everything he sets his mind in is one to none. Not only does he know how to build great teams, create superb work environments, and empower and inspire everyone around him, but he creates wonders in everything he decides to do. It was an absolute pleasure and honour to be able to work and learn from Eyal Lichtmann.

From the moment I joined Eyal's team at Quilageo, I was immersed in the collegial, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented environment he creates. The Quilageo office was a world unto itself - in it, every employee and every project was laser-focused on success. Long days in the office flew by, my work interrupted only by his periodic visits to my office, each time bearing smoothies and snacks. Eyal's commitment to his staff is clear in everything he does - from his sprightly "good morning", to his hearty approbation for a job well done, to nice surprises (like movie day). He is unquestionably the most kind and gifted manager for whom I've ever had the privilege to work. Each day at Quilageo, I felt my contributions were valued and appreciated. Eyal's dedication to his staff fosters intense loyalty, a fervent desire to please, and deep motivation to produce for the firm. He has the rare ability to truly excite his staff, and empower them to contribute to their full potential. Eyal leads by example. He fosters a creative, collaborative corporate culture (which doesn't feel corporate at all!) wherein innovation is valued above rigidity, and challenging the norm is not only encouraged, it's expected. Dr. Posthuma

As past President of Vancouver Hillel Foundation, I served on the Board of Directors of the organization while Eyal served as Executive Director. During his decade of leadership, the organization experienced unprecedented growth and expansion, increasing the annual budget exponentially and successfully completing a $10 million capital campaign ahead of schedule. Eyal thrives on challenges and creates success stories. The project to raise $10 million to construct a new building at the University of British Columbia succeeded in spite of the 2008 economic crises. Eyal succeeded because he has a unique gift of inspiring people with the passion of his vision. In the end, the project raised more than double the goal and the construction was completed ahead of schedule, under Eyal’s guidance. Eyal has moved on into another huge undertaking in the private sector. I can see the same indication of success in this one that I witnessed working with him on the capital project. He is methodical and determined. He identifies what needs to be done and puts together the right teams of people to reach the goals.

Mr. Britton

Eyal Lichtmann is a rare individual, who has had successive accomplishments in the private sector, in the non-profit world and, now, with a brilliant startup venture. I have the pleasure of working with Eyal and can say that he is among the most trustworthy, energetic, and focused entrepreneurs I've met.
