This public foundation held a lottery two years ago. There where 1000 tickets available at $10.00 each. The foundation never held the draw. Now, almost two years later they disclose this on their facebook page. There where tickets sold...even if only a small number of tickets where sold the draw, by law, in Ontario should have been held. The foundation was able to getaway with this because they did not purchase a Lottery License from the city of Ottawa! They therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions!!!!!!!!!!!!
