Marianne works for the military resource center in Esquimalt. She helps women but sides with Navy bosses first. Such as the case of concealing details of Heidi Clow's death and letting CPO Dave Bliss allow Nicola Peffers to be abused by Bradley Williams. Marianne got a Bravo Zulu from the base in Esquimalt after she leaked private client information to Navy bosses instead of the police. So someone likes her. She can probably do her job right it's just that she's not law abiding. Marianne is proof that MFRC abuses the rights of its clients. Ulf Radkte says that Marianne is paid by the Navy and to women like Marianne male NCMs are seen as thugs. She has no intention of helping her clients and should work at the Naden hospital where they screen mentally ill individuals to help the Navy throw broken young kids on the street.
