Fraud watch - even under current President I reported fraud and drunk driving to Henry Tom twice at the Sun Yat Sen Garden. He, motivated by greed and a sense of special import participated with Gregor and Barnes and others at the garden in criminal behavior. To cover this he then fired me, and caused a family in Vancouver to almost lose their lives to Barnes drunk driving. He covered up 5 separate reports of drunk driving to work by Barnes and made promises to Barnes and Robertson for guaranteeing specific support.He, Barnes, Robertson and four others were conspirators to defrauding the city and committing electoral fraud.If the VPD were not directly involved in this it would be funny. Jim Chiu covered up more than a dozen reports which started before the drunk driving accident and before Barnes was eventually caught. I stopped reporting when the police Chief sent officers to physically threaten me.Now my family is leaving Vancouver as we are being criminally harassed by the city government. Even the entire city council had notices and ignored it Cheers JE
