Arthur is a FRAUD. DO NOT give any money to this man! HE represented himself as someone who does bank mortgages and took 4G upfront and that was 8 months ago. Lie after lie! Deceitful and criminal. Put me in financial ruin because of his lies! He is a fraud! Report this man to the authorities if he has defrauded you! He should NOT be the treasurer of a CHURCH!!!!! I know other people who he has defrauded! And we are ALL going to the police!

Arthur is a fraud. He represented himself as a bank manager that could help us with a loan and took $4500.00 from is almost 2 years ago for a business plan. We have never seeen the plan that he was supposed to makeup and he still has not paid us back. He has signed a letter stating that he owes us the money but avoids our phone calls. This man is a slime bucket. I am currently working on reporting him to the police.
