I worked for Cheryl Nandee and found her to be untrustworthy,unfair to the people she was supposed to be serving, and a micro-managing control freak. Not only is she power hungry and controlling, her tactics are liable to put the clients she serves at risk. I cannot understand why with all the complaints submitted to the board of directors, why she is still the executive director.

Abbi Smith
This person is not qualified to do this work and has been deluding the BOD and other shareholders. This person has a background in finance/banking. Ms. Nandee has no human services background and should not be allowed to be the ED of such an organization. She is nothing but a fraud and using public fund to her personal disposal. The food is horrible and rotten (meat) to the residents and has not done so. She fired four social workers without any just cause and when these women contacted the board members (all lawyers no Social Workers or Counsellors). They did nothing about it and she continues to extract a salary.
