Mr. Bishop is a professional CGA con. Is the CRA still investigating this monster? I heard he hasn't worked in 6 years but still manages to have 2 houses,a truck, a jeep, a mini cooper, a quad and season passes to the Icecaps each year. This man should be locked up. The CBC in Newfoundland are investigating this man for fraud. He has been soliciting and ACCEPTING donations for a horse sanctuary that has been closed for the last 18 months!
