I have known Hafsah for a long time, she lives in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. She is an excellent teacher and an administrator. She administrated and operated a Private School for 9 years. in fact, Ms. Hafsah put the school on the map. When she started to work for the school there were only 17 students. Amazingly she increased the school enrollment from 17 to 70 within one year. She worked with parents and community members for the school and the students. She was firm but fair to all students. However, she lost the position due to Pakistani prejudice and discrimination. Pakistanies did not want a Woman in the Helm. Ms. Hafsah introduced to the school Ministry Curicula and Islamic Curicula.
