Heather Tyrie has proven to be untrustworthy with her work colleagues. She has disappointed and disrespected a number of people in the Public Service. She developed a very toxic work environment. Post her departure, many expressed relief that she left the Public Service.

I worked with Heather Tyrie in the past. Unfortunately, she did not have a professional relationship with her colleagues. As a manager she created a very exclusive work environment with her colleagues and team. Heather made racist remarks, talked badly about her colleagues and superiors. She often cursed, insulted, demonstrated intolerance towards her colleagues. People were glad to see her leave the Public Sector.
