Having seen her in her various roles, she demonstrates consistent manipulation and control. I have seen her turn parishioners against each other. She is a poor role model and, while she can run programs effectively, I don't trust her with my children. She believes her children to be model citizens and no one can say anything contrary to that. Sadly, she has little to no control over their behaviour; which is not good.

Our kids were in Julies care and they hated being there. She always put her kids first and played favorites.

Julie is very deceptive. She puts on a public show of what a gracious person she is when, in truth, she is incredibly manipulative and a liar. Her kids are abusive, to her and each other. I wouldn't trust her with my children.
