Discrimination of children from Eastern-European background is rampant in this school. Children of Eastern-European immigrants are bullied, pushed and kicked. Their representation in arts is inexistent. Katherine Cole as the president of the parents council with her African multicultural coordinator and husband are consistently disrespecting these children. Below you can find an excerpt from the newsletter showing an OVERREPRESENTATION from certain groups and NO REPRESENTATION from other groups. Eastern European children are a significant number in this school. The personal feelings and biases of Kimberly Power and Katherine Cole and their aides are obvious. The people who are hired are people from their personal circle and they are always THE SAME people. "This year, the Arts & Culture team booked two artists-in-residence for classroom-based arts instruction. All classes from JK to Grade 6 will be visited in March and April for 45min (Kinders) to 1 hour by Chikonzero Chazunguza, a visual artist and arts educator originally from Zimbabwe, and by Nick Miller. CULTURE JK classes - Zvondai Muchenje – relating the marimba to Zimbabwean culture. SK classes - Alicia Borisonik – Musical instruction relating to the songs, rhythms and instruments of South America. Grade 1 – Success Lion Dance Troupe - traditional Chinese folk dances and culture. Grade 2 – Dendê do Recife – Dendê do Recife is Ottawa's oldest and largest capoeira group, launched in 1999 by Contra-Mestre Fabinho Cuencas. Grade 3 – Gharana Arts – Kasturi Mishra, her students and Ravi Singh on tabla will demonstrate the traditional Indian dance Kathak. Grade 4 – Rebecca Craig - Japanese tea ceremony and discusses the culture and tradition behind it. Grade 5 - Hawa Kaba – Mixed media artist originally from Guinea (West Africa). Grade 6 - Chuck Commanda – Algonquin birch bark artist."

Manipulative, prejudiced and aggressive, this woman will do everything to remove everything and everyone in her way. To protect her emotionally disturbed child who terrorizes children in and outside the schoolyard, she took over the position of School Council President, assigned her husband, as a multicultural coordinator, and has her hands on pretty much every project. She did not like the Balanced Day project and was circulating a petition against it, because her hyperactive, aggressive child was not ready for it. Enjoying the full support of a biased and corrupt principal and shadowed by a weak and disengaged husband who plays Messiah in Nigeria and Robin Hood in Canada, this woman, is nothing but a shame. Children left the school because of this woman and other people like her.
