Dog Lover
This leader misuses her leadership position to front her self-serving agenda and to push her beliefs, morals and ethics on to unsuspecting dog owners. She does not work in the best interests of the general public. She does not stand by her words and commitments (lies) and is vengeful if outcomes do not match her personal beliefs.
