Canadian

Neil Hossack is listed as a board member of an organization that has publicized a fee payment to Justin Trudeau that his organization, the Grace Foundation, subsequently asked to have returned albeit 9 months later. Its a sensitive subject and the Prime Minister's office is using the letter from Neil's organization as evidence they say is against Trudeau. How on earth did this letter get into the hands of the PMO?
