Well, where do I start? Constable Richard Nie of the Peterborough OPP Detachment derives satisfaction from belittling people. He was my coach officer back in 2009. I have never experienced so much harassment and belittling in my life as I experienced during three months with Constable Richard Nie. He was instrumental in terminating my employment with the Ontario Provincial Police in 2009 based on carefully fabricated performance evaluation reports and based on fabricated accusations by my 'fellow' officers who were eager to get rid of me by all means possible, all of which were later officially found to be false or made in bad faith. Constable Richard Nie was also instrumental in terminating the employment of Harry Allen Chase with the Ontario Provincial Police back in 2006. Both Mr. Chase and I experienced harassment, belittling and discrimination at Constable Richard Nie hands.
