Sally has been intimidating and threatening her neighbors for years. as one of her Victoms she has uses fear to keep me form offering a opposing opinion and as gone so far as to deliver letters saying if we don't change our ways she'll try and have us removed. Her unhealthy intrest in the children of the neighbor hood is becoming borderline obsessive.
