I am right behind the Countryside Alliance, was with you on the walk from Hyde Park when we were redecirted over Lambeth Bridge. BUT I am one of about 1M ageing people who, because they have some savings and a small amount of capital, are denied any state benefits' except heating allowance and free prescriptions. I wouldn't mind if I was allowed to live on my own money, but it is plundered by the local district council in council tax, even though my income is well below the income tax threshold. It is reduced from low to less than I can live on.So I am with you in spirit but cannot give you any money.I wish you all the best.Virginia Wiltshire
