She cannot be trusted, especially with money. Sheryl babysat children in the past and was neglectedful and lied about it, not just to the parent but to the authorities. This person in charge of something as important as financials. Unless there are many checks in place to prevent embezzlement or simply not entering cash payments. There are many others that would be a good fit for this job that would posess the trust required for it.
