I know this is very dated, but hopefully some-one will read it and not be taken in by Richard Sticklee's over-whelming ability to lie and steal from you. For approximately 4 years, I acquired leads for Richard with a well established roofing company . After trusting him as an honest and up-front individual, I became aware that he had not paid me for multiple transactions he had closed. Every time I enquired about it, he would have a believable story of why he could not get my money to me. This is not intended to be a "pay-back". I will not lower myself to his standards. I sincerely hope no one will enter into any financial agreement with him. I have many emails and texts plus two NSF cheques for $2,500 that will verify the facts which I have presented. Approach with utmost caution!!!
