Mr. Otman Winter did a terrific job for the orphans in Navajoa, Mexico. The University had taken the building built by MCRF and converted it into their Seminary sending the children to live in a small apartment in the corner of the University. Mr. Otman Winter used his own funds to travel to Navajoa and confront the University administratrion and made them give the building back to the children.
