Nikeae has a black and evil heart. She is indeed a bully, and enjoys being mean, impolite, and heartless. She pretends to know a lot about dogs and behaviour, but she knows little, can cares even less. She only cares about the power her uniform offers and hides behind the desk and power. She lies in court and lies about her experience and resume. Nikeae's credentials are often falsified and no one in the Animal Control office bothers to check them, or question her callousness to the dogs, their people, or most anyone she comes across. An ice princess comes to mind.

This woman has deep mental problems. She was rejected from police service based on her physological assessment, twice. Also relived of her position as a fish and wildlife officer based on her conduct. I know her personally and can say she is truly vindictive and power abusing. She knows when to kiss a$$ and who's to kiss. If you are beneath her she will abuse her position for little or no more gain other than to feel empowered. A true bully. This woman should have little or no place as a civil servant. Unable to keep friends she turned to dogs, only because she can hit and abuse animals with little or no repercussion. I even know of one case where she purposely posioned a dog because she did not like the owner. This woman should be fired from working in the public.
