The person promotes the use of lateral violence to get what she wants. She mismanages peoples personal information and will back stab you if you try to correct her inadequacies. She felt she could run an organization better than our team, so we let her have it. Within a year they ran it to the ground and blamed everyone else but thier own misguided abilities. Vulneralbe people stay away, she talks a good talk and will even do some good for you, only if it makes her look needed and better. Any charity shoudl take heed not to have this person involved within your services.
