Unhappy Client
This is the most unprofessional worker I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. Do not expect her to follow any rules or care about what happens when she doesn't. RIP Phoenix Sinclair - this is the system that put you where you are. How many years later and it is still not mandatory that social workers be registered in Manitoba DO NOT USE THIS WORKER. IF SHE IS ASSIGNED ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR TO ASSIGN YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE

Based on my longstanding experience with this person I have serious concerns about her competence and ethics.

Withheld
Melanie was a great asset to the board and her dedication always showed. I'd trust her to care for my kids if godforbid anything happened to me, that's how confident I am in the person she is. The comments above are obviously from disgruntled clients through her employment as a child protection worker, which obviously comes with the territory when you have to make decisions to keep kids safe that the parents don't always agree with. This site is supposed to rate her as a board member and it's not being used for that. CFS workers have a hard job that no one will understand unless they've worked there.
