Wendy Cormack has been a dedicated volunteer and supporter of the Arts in Burnaby for decades. While serving on the board for the Burnaby Arts Council for years, she has also been the chairperson of the Polynesian section of the Pacific West Performing Arts Festival as well as the Surrey Arts festival. In addition, Wendy has taken up learning to play the ukulele in recent years and has become a supporter of the Langley Ukulele Ensemble. Somehow she has accomplished all of this while working in her high-stress career as a Cardiac Intensive Care nurse. She is a remarkable woman.
