Mr. Louis Ricciuto Has damaged our relationship in our family. He built trust with my Daughter, and then damaged this trust. Louis apparently knew my Daughter for years and constantly told her that her family was not good for her! Louis continually called her every two weeks and repeatedly harassed her with his phone calls! He also blocked his numbers when he called her! Louis became very obsessive to the point of building his trust to access her hotmail account and read her emails! My Daughter then relocated to Alberta, and it was here that she decided to be rid of their friendship, as she discovered he had been reading her emails, and downgrading our family! Louis is on the Winnipeg Police Board has a volunteer, and increased his volunteer services in Winnipeg since we reported this to the RCMP! We as a family are content to be rid of him and his conflict in our family! We no longer fear him as we have several Lawyers in our Family to support and protect us including a former Police Officer with the Ontario Provincial Police. Frank Rumac
