Absolutely not is this board member capable of servjng the public at large. He is very limited in his ability and willingness to diferenciate between other ethnic groups besides his own Ukranian heritage. Very much a procrastinator in his dealings with his tenants that are of another origin. He does not have the backbone nor the desire to facilitate fairness with all.
